Does this anyone else reminded of Percy Jackson?
It's a really cool piece, I just couldn't stop imagining the one in the Big House when I saw this.

Gorgeous!! There's a real sense of foreboding about this piece, with her face in the shadows, and the smoke...

The hands on the bowl are just lovely. I kinda think it would be more interesting without the chair in there, like she is just kind of floating in that position, weightless. In anycase, as always beautiful.

Just dont get me wrong, it really is perfect the way it is. The chair just seems a bit earthly for the setting :)

Love the composition for this piece. The empty space above her head is great for an oracle.

Brava,
Congratulations on the subject! Very intense this game highlights and shadows.
I also really like the themes of ancient greece, sometimes I represent them [link] ;)

Great use of lighting and contrast. :) And the caption is quite the clever pairing.

Very well done. I particularly like the gas rising from the fissures in the floor and the reflections/refractions from the metal basin.
